After more than ten years of assisting executives at large companies in Nashville and Los Angeles, India entered the publishing industry with an internship at HarperCollins Christian Publishing. Soon after earning her degree in English from Tennessee State University, she became an Associate Editor at Hachette Book Group where she acquired, edited, and managed titles for both brand and debut authors such as Bishop T.D. Jakes, Lisa Osteen, Porsha Williams, Tyler Merritt, and Albert Tate. In this role she successfully worked with authors and their teams on both frontlist and backlist titles. India’s passion for publishing and the opportunity to help authors deliver their voice and message to the world is what makes her excited to help guide KAA’s authors and editors through the writing and editing process.
