A graduate of the MFA program at Western Michigan University, Metta Sáma is an award-winning author of six books, including the recent, Swing at Your Own Risk (Kelsey Street Press). A member of Black Radish Books’ Editorial Advisory Board, where she served in the capacity as acquisitions editor, Metta has a twenty-year career as a manuscript consultant and editor of a number of literary journals. Currently, she is also the Managing Editor of Doubleback Books, an imprint of Sundress Publications. At KAA, Metta’s role as Project Manager will help to ensure that clients, writers, and Senior Editors have everything in place for a smooth and exciting process.
